Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with the product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damaged item or the error for verification purposes. Once approved, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, please note that we begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, order cancellations are only possible if requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the production process may have already started.

Once an order is placed, we cannot accept changes or cancellations related to personalized information, such as names, dates, or custom messages. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the details provided during the ordering process.
